2021 | A collection of digital artworks exploring awakening through Effortless Mindfulness

These works explore Effortless Mindfulness as taught by Loch Kelly. Exploring the 5 levels of Mind and the Five Foundations of Effortless Mindfulness.

Being an artist, designer, and yoga and meditation teacher I found it really helpful to visually express what the experience of the shifts between the levels of mind felt like through creating these works.

While the individual ‘artworks’ were helpful, they were missing that sense of movement and dynamics that I felt within each state, so I created a very simple video with gentle overlays to express and explore the kind of energy or movement that each level felt like.

I also created a short guided meditation to help talk through the shifts to accompany the works.
